We are a small marina offering personal service to a select group of Lake Sunapee lovers including

Lakeside Boat Service,

• Winterization - pull your boat out and prep for the winter
• "Summerizing" - clean the boat, tune the motor, put in the water, ready to run!

Winterization package includes:

• Change engine oil and filter
• Change fuel filter/water separator
• Stabilize fuel system
• Change lower unit fluid
• Grease drive pivots/bearings
• Fog engine
• Drain block and drive
• Fill system with -50 antifreeze
• Remove battery

What do we mean "Shrink Wrap?"

Why wrap a boat for winter storage?

PROTECTS ANYTHING: Shrinkwrap film protects against weather damage, is waterproof, and sealed around your entire boat to eliminate any weather related losses.  The framework and slippery plastic help to keep snow and ice from building up on your boat all winter and keep the inside dry and vermin free.

NO SURFACE DAMAGE: Shrinkwrap will not rub or damage covered products. It does not move or chafe like tarps can when covering loads being transported or stored.

BREATHEABILITY: Shrinkwrap covers are ventilated to eliminate moisture and mildew problems.

Docking and Mooring

We provide docking and mooring sites for people who live on the Lake Sunapee islands as well as day recreation boaters.  Our season runs from April (ice out) until the end of October.  Customers can secure their site each year by providing a 50% deposit by the first of January.  New customers are invited to complete an application and will be put on our waiting list.  Then, if a dock becomes available we can notify you right away.

Each customer is required to complete and sign a BBW Lease agreement.  We must have the signed BBW Lease on file prior to your use of the boat site every year.
